Our classes include foundation practices of breathing, mediation, physical stretching/yoga postures and relaxation techniques to calm the mind and reduce tension in the body. We can adapt programs to a wide variety of ages and abilities, offering classes ranging from purely restorative based on breath and relaxation to an upbeat flow style of yoga guaranteed to make you sweat.
Flow Yoga
60-90 minutes of breath based movement through a series of postures that stretch and strengthen the whole body. It is an intelligently sequined, fitness-based approach to yoga that can be accessible to all ages and abilities.

30-45 minutes of breath work and light stretching to help to reverse the effects of sitting at your desk or computer all day.
Yin Yoga
45-60 minutes of restorative yoga that guides students to mindfully surrender. Yin yoga focuses on postures that lengthen the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Postures are held for 3-10 minutes in order to increase elasticity in the connective tissue around the joints which is essential for joint health and injury prevention. Living in today's constant high stress hustle and bustle can lead to illness. Our body will shut down non-essential systems due to the flight or fight response to stress. When we do not grant our bodies the time to restore and replenish, illness becomes much more likely. Yin yoga will restore energy, calm the central nervous system, and allow your body's systems to heal itself.
Mindfulness Practice
30 minutes of a guided meditation. 10-15 minutes of speaking about mindfulness and how to implement it throughout the day and 15-20 minutes of a guided breath-focused meditation or visualization.
